FYI H4 visa at Delhi

I got married in Feb and my wife applied
for H4 at the delhi consulate. We submitted
all the docs at the TT services place in delhi
on Feb 19. She got back the passport today (feb 28)
with the visa. surprisingly, the visa is dated Feb 22.
so i dont know why it took so long to return the passport.
this was a first time h4.
 
regarding h4 visa from delhi

visa must be printed on 22nd feb and sent after that. It comes thru tt service that it take one week.
 
Must\'ve been some other reason ...

My Visa was issued on the 14th of February, and I received it on 15th morning. Also, I spoke to someone at TT Services, and they told me that all the Visas issued by the Embassy on a particular day are received by TT Services around 5 PM that day, and are sent out by courier the same day.
