Friends,
My wife is on H4 and wants to convert to F1 and go to undergrad school. The school has accepted her. My question are below
1) What steps are needed to convert from H4 to F1 and how long does it take(currently we are in Texas if that matters) ?
2) Once she completes her undergrad can she get OPT to work and how long is this OPT valid?
3) My GC is under process so if my PD becomes current some time in the future can I add her to the application without causing dual intent issues?
