I140/I485 EB1- Outstanding Researcher application received by VSC on Oct 25, 2004
I140 approved Jan 14, 2005
FP notice mailed Feb 20, 2005
LUD has not changed even with FP mailing
FP scheduled for April 7, 2005
Unfortunately, I will have to delay the FP until after May, CIS willing :(

What is your exact I485 Receipt Date?
When in Feb 2005 did you receive the finger printing notice?
Did the LUD change after they sent you the finger printing notice?

Completed Early FP in Houston

I have completed my early FP on 03/01/2005 in Houston,TX,my scheduled FP date is on 04/06/2005.

I did early FP ,since i have travel plans .i went early to the ASC ,where i was asked to go in the FP notice,they did'nt let me to do FP,since it was overbooked and the lady at the ASC asked me to check out to the other ASC in Houtson,since they are not that crowded, i tried and it worked,no question asked at the ASC,since the staff at the ASC were waiting for folks to come in and to give FP( to be honest,i guess they will take FP for the people ,even if they don't have FP notice and even if they did'nt filed for AOS ,jus kidding :) it appeared as if they are so desperate to take FP on someone) ,it took just 10 mins for me complete the entire procedure.

They took me FP on all my 10 fingers ,right index finger,digital phtograph and digital signature

Yesterday my attorney's office called me to inform that the FP notices for me and my wife have been received. I am really vey happy to learn it. Thanks to all the members for their postings which gave me spirit and strength.

i had applied my GC from VSC and i live in Houston. My 485 ND is Mar' 2005.
Is it true that FP notice depends on work load at my local Service center (Texas? since i live here, though i applied from VSC)
Can anyone clarify please.
Anyone got there FP notice recently in Houston?
