FP notice Fax Inquiry response from INS...

I asked our lawyer to put in a fax inquiry about our FP notice. They
sent the fax on Monday.

This is the response I got:

The INS sent a reply to our fax inquiry that they are setting up a new fingerprinting appointment system. Status inquiries will not
be accepted until 120 days after your I485 receipt notice date: June 6, 2001.
---

what do they mean when they say "receipt notice date"

Is it RD or ND??

Earlier it was supposed to be 120 days from RD - so now they are changing it to 120 days from ND

Apsa, i think u filed on April 13,2001 similar to me and deep varma. What is ur WAC-Number and what would your ASC location be for FP when you get it? Mine will be San Francisco.

My notice date is 6th June,
receipt date is 17th April

So I guess I can send the fax enquiry only after 6th October.
