i am filing form N400 for citizenship and im stuck at question 9A
9a> Have you ever been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with, any organization, association, fund, foundation, party,club society, or similar group in the united states or in any location in the world?
i have read few forums, and people are saying we should list all including "Costco", "AAA" membership etc
really? Is that true?

There are some yes/no boxes that I feel I should not answer. E.g Part 11 Question 7A.
The question is "A. Have you ever not files a Federal, State, or local tax return since you became a Permanent Resident?" I answered No. However, The following question is "B. If "yes," did you consider yourself to be a "non-US. Resident"? I already answered "No" in part A, should I leave the box for B to be empty? Or should I answer No? There is no way I can put a NA or none on the yes/no boxes.

Have you ever been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any and all immigration officials or the U.S. Armed Forces) for any reason?
does this include traffic violations also?
