please answer me to this question
i have just get the congratulation letters from kentucky consolor center and i need to complete the form ds230i'm asking if i have to make a form ds230 for my husband too or just me
other question for a picture do i need to post one or two

To my understanding, you need to send the following back to KCC.
- Bar code
- DSP-122 for yourself
- DS 230 (I&II) for you
- DS 230 (I&II) for your husband (if he is going to join you to come to the States)
- 1 photo of yourself
- 1 photo of your husband
