You are welcome! Yeah, having the latest tools does not always guarantee that they are put to good use ;-). We will see what will or won't happen over the next couple of months... .

It might turn out just like the receipt notice stories. For folks who filed at the same service center, some get receipt notices after 10 days, others after a month, others never and do not hear anything from USCIS until the biometrics appointment letter arrives.

I think USCIS needs to implement more stringent and coherent quality control measures... .
