Have an RFE on my wifes EAD case .

Same old story .

Lawyer does not want to give I-140 approval notice.
and Company folks too are not so keen in giving approval.

Did anybody get docs recently applying G-639 by self.

Please let me know if the case og I-485 is pening at CSC is this
the address to send.

I used FOIA. I filed FOIA by mistake to Local BCIS office instead of CSC center 4-5 weeks back. This was promptly redirected to CSC (with in a week) and I got the documents (100-200 pages) from CSC within 4 weeks. So I don't know the CSC address...I picked up the info from http://www.immigration.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/california/aboutus.htm

Did you get the application notarized? What about the subject identity verification column on the form. Did you send any proof of identity?
