Florida RIR Labor Certificate

Don't see any thread for Florida LC, so I am starting one.

We can now check the status of our case at:

http://www.floridajobs.org/wps_alc/case_status.html

It is asking for Employer/Agent ID, or case number, I have none, try to ask my lawyer, he does not have any of these info.

According to my lawyer, Florida SESA received my application on July 9, 2002.

No update of anykind after that.

Any update from anyone?

my lawyer can't give me any case number / employer ID / agent ID either.
according to the website:
http://ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp#state
your case should be in atlanta now.

mine submited on 10/11/02, no any info. yet.

just one month, not a big deal.

Case returned

My case was returned back to me on Nov 1 2002 because SESA said my pay is under the prewailing wage. I have 45 days to reply with a new wage in from 750A, item 12a.

I brought the letter back to my employer and it is in the HR's hand now.
