Finally I heard good news just now. My case is approved.
RD-March 20th 2002
RFE-May 29th 2002
RFE RD- June 18th 2002
AD- July 12 2002.

would you please state some info about your company, so we can guess why you got the RFE for company finance. for example , is it because the company is very small, do not have much revenue or employees.

I hope it is not just a pure speculation

I mean there are very few approvals recently doesn't neccessarily mean that they will speed up pretty soon.

I am just hoping things are really going good. Any material news about things get better.

I have RFE at VSC

My RD march 25,2002
ND March 29
RFE date is June 3.

But my attorney did not receive the mail yet. It is hard to get INS officer on phone in business hours.
Is there any fax number one can correspond with VSC.

Was your RFE sent on the Third of June or July? my RFE was sent on June 24th, my lawyer received it on July 2th. Are you applying for EB1, EB2 or EB3?
