I got NOF and very worried about it. My company is a big finanicial
company and the layoffs are not related to my position at all. Does any one know the chance that NOF can get approved.

Tracy,

From what I have heard, an NOF is not necessarily a rejection of the LC application. In most of the cases, the supporting documents for your case may have been sufficient to certify the LC. If your company were to provide additional information, then your case may still be considered.

It will probably delay your LC.
