efiling vs paper filing
depends on what you're looking for. efiling an ead requires a follow up session at the ASC for fingerprints and photos, which may require an appointment (which may not be immediate)
Paper filing (if you courier overnight) gives you more control, since they receive all they need from you the day after you send it...
