My I-485 is pending since August 2005 because FBI did not complete name checks clearance. I have filed the lawsuit against USCIS and FBI one month ago but have nothing from judge still. Our local (Tennessee) rules require judge to review the case before issue the summons. I was told by office clerk that this reviewing process can ltake from several months to several years. Completely shocked... Does anybody have experience with this kind of situations?
