Can anyone shed any light?

We filed EAD, AP & I485 on July 26th 07.

Received: July 27th
FP Done : Oct 20th
Got EAD : Oct 22nd
Got AP : Dec 10th

Attorney contacted USCIS Jan 12th as I140 was outside processing time. Attorney was in contact today saying I140 has been approved & he is waiting for paperwork from USCIS.

He says it will still possibly take another couple of months?

I thought it would be sooner than that?

it just says it is received & pending for the I485, the other 2 have been approved (EAD & AP)
