File second Green card application?

Hello,
I am in the process of getting I-140, but this employer is not doing good and another employer hired me and would like to apply green card for me from the beginning.
Is it ok to file two Green card application with two employer at same time? Any impact on my existing filing?

You should be fine.

But check with your lawyer, if your i-140 will approve, you can keep your orginal PD for your new green card application. (right now everything is current, but in case if it backlog when your new labor and i-140 approve, you can use your orinal priority date.

Green card is for future job, so it should be fine, if you have two application in initial stage. may be they will ask to withdraw one application when they are process of appriving. (it won't happen for you becuase of time gap between two application)

And no, it shouldn't effect your current greencard process.
