As we know, the immigration law said (in general term) that the employer is responsible for the H1 visa processing fees, that includes any legal, lawyer and paperwork filing fees.
For green card process, not all employers are willing to do that. Most of the time, the employee has to come out the money from his/her own pocket. BUT, not anymore. According to the new immigration law recently from DOL, the employer is responsible for that all the fees. includes, legal, lawyer, filing and any related fees.
