Hi,

I ran the scanner yersterday and found that two more I140 approvals for the ND of Feb 7, 2004.

FP - May 28, 2004
1st EAD/AP: Mar 12, 2004/Mar 12, 2004
2nd EAD/AP: Feb 11, 2005/Feb 23, 2005
I-140 AD - ?????????
I-485 AD - ?????????

if you just ran the scanner they are not necessarily new approvals unless you are running the scanner regularly and just looking at additions.

there were some 140 approvals for eb3 a few months back . they were the same date so i am guessing the ones you found are those.

all the best though because i am feb 2004 also.

I forgot to mention the approval dates.

They were approved on March 1, 2005 and March 2, 2005 respectively.

Actually I keep a list of cases with the same ND of mine and run scanner regularly. So I can always find the latest approvals.
