Believe it or NOT... I received a FP Notice asking me to have my fingerprints taken as they had expired on my file!!!!!! I received this notice Mid December 2003 !!!!!!!

I called BCIS and spoke to tier 2 ref. for another fingerprinting as I just had one done in Oct 2003. Surely it could not have expired in 3 months!!! I was then asked to send the notice back to wherever I received it from with a letter stating all the facts .... have sent letter back to VSC-BCIS and Newark office - Just to be Sure.

Still waiting...

What center will you go for 2nd FP?

Our RDs are very close (mine: 02/12/2002) and I did first FP on 04/30/2002 at New Rochelle and have been waiting for 2nd FP notice since long...
