FEA/NVH professional: looking for H1 sponsorship

Hi,
I have 15 years of experience in Engineering industries in FEA area; presently I am in USA in L1 visa and working in NVH area using Nastran, Abaqus, Sysnoise, FE-Fatigue etc software.
I am looking for H1 sponsorship, any info inthis area will be useful to me.
