Does anyone know which form option to choose if my minor daughter and I apply for OCI? Would it be two individual applications or a family application? My wife is not a US citizen so will not be applying.
It is better 2 applications. If your child is below 18 you will need to sign her application confirming in the form of a gaurantor. The application-part a can be done on the internet. Part B will be automatically printed out.
Make sure your Indian passports have been cancelled and that you have not used them for travel after acquiring US citizenship.
If your wife has an Indian passport and a green card then she will not need this OCI.
