Fastest USCIS district to process N-400?

Hello, I am gonna be filing N400 soon and as strange as it is I am free to work remotely and moving in a near future as well.

Questions:

1) Is there any difference in speed of processing for say NYC, LA, Las Vegas? Does it matter where I file at all?

2) I found this map http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/nativedocuments/domestic_map.pdf

3) According to the point 2. if I move to Denver my processing office will be the same as if I moved to Salt Lake City, correct?

4) Naturalization certificate contains city where I applied for naturalization or a name of the USCIS office?

I am not basing my move solely on which USCIS district is the fastest, but it may be something I take into consideration.

4) Yes it does show the location it is issued.

You need to live in the same area prior to your application for 6 months.

If you move and apply after 6 months it can potentially add more time to your processing comparing filing at the place you have already your GC application IMO but I do not have anything to back that up.
