F2 vs H4

My question is which visa between F2 and H4 is easier to get in China.
I heard that in China some people get F2 visa. But I know nothing about H4 visa. So compared to F2 visa, H4 visa is easier to get or not? Thank you

It depends. What status does your spouse have? If your spouse does not have the right status, neither is possible to get.
 
I have to make a choose right now. I will graduate in the end of this year. And I have two ways to choose-one is to continue my study with PhD with F1 visa and the other one is to work with H1 visa. So my wife will hold either F2 or H4 visa here. But I am not sure which visa (F2 or H4) is easy to get in China for her.
 
Your decision on whether to work or continue PhD should not be based on whether your wife will get Visa or not.
If your own status is good and there is no way to create doubt about that, her visa is almost guaranteed.
Also remember that your own H1 will have to go through the lottery unless you are working for a non-cap employer.
