F1 Student with EAD

I am currently an F1 student and recently got married and received my EAD. My question is, do I still have to pay international student tuition? Please advice!

Yes, until you become a PR...what happened with your mom's case, any updates?

yes you do. Regardless of your EAD status, you still do have to pay out of state tution

No!

My husband was also an F-1 student, then we got married (I'm a USC) and filed for an adjustment of status. He received his EAD back in November and we have our interview this Monday.

He does not pay international student fees anymore...all he had to take to the school's international student office was the receipt USCIS mailed saying they received his AOS and it was pending.
