extension of h1-b visa beyond 6 years

i got perm cleared in march 25 2006 , i applied on nov 2005, my visa is expring in august 15 2006 , i applied for i-140 in nebrasaka service centre , i dont have 365 days labour cleared , can i recapture the days , how should i extend my visa. if suggest it would be great

Your best bet is to hope for I140 gets cleared befire august 15. Also 365 days count starts when labor is filed, NOT when its cleared. Do a search, so many threads out there. Chk out H1 Expiring forum
