Through First Employer:
1. I came to the usa in June 2000 and was granted visa till Dec 2002 and I94 till the same date.
Through Second Employer
2. Applied for Extension in Nov 2002, Got extension approved till Dec 30 2004 and I94 till the same date.
3.Again applied for extension through the same employer on Dec 24th 2004, Got receipt.
Now,
If I want to travel out of the country to Canada (in a car, boder crossing, to get my PR confirmed)
with an expired I94 (Dec 30, 2004) and expired visa (Dec 30, 2004) on my passport, on sometime around April 20th,
1. Can I travel with an expired i94 and expired visa, but with the extension applied through the same employer?
2. What will happen in the border? Will they classify me as an illegal immigrant?
3. When I come back to the USA, will there be a problem.
4. Will any distrubances in the US border, affect my Canadian Residency?
IF guru's here think I seriouly need to consult a lawer, I will do that. But please take a minute of your valuble tme to answer this questions for me.
