I am going to apply to the passport office and home ministry in Lucknow for the NORI letter. I have the attested documents from Indian Consulate. I was wondering if people on this forum could share their experience with those offices. How much time does it typically take to get the letters processed? Did you mail the letters or hand-deliver them? Did they send the letter directly to the Indian Consulate?
