Experience Letter requirement

My LC was recently approved EB-2 (masters). My lawyer is asking for experience letter from one of my previous employers. (I had three different jobs before the present one). My question is why do I need an experience letter if I am in EB-2 masters category

There could be a reason, or maybe your attorney is just being thorough.

Maybe you should ask the attorney. I don't have enough information about your case to say for certain. The attorney could have a reason, the attorney could just always request you to send letters, or the attorney could be mistaken.

My understanding of EB-2

Masters + 2 or more years of experience
or
Bachelors + 5 or more years of experience

Therefore, experience letter might be required even with a Masters degree.
