Expdiate AP process

I applied AP on Jan 23rd (notice date) with NSC, still waiting for approval, I had AP twice before and used it once in last december.

this time my company is sending me to India on business trip for about 6 weeks, I am planning to travel end of May. but still I have not recevied any decision on my AP.

NSC is currently processing March 2006 applications, don't know why my application is pending.

can I expdiate my processes and get an interim AP, I have taken infopass appointment with local office on May 5th to discuss my case

any insight on my case appreciated
 
I filed my 2nd AP renewal at NSC in October 2005 and still waiting for the response. Please let me know if you find about expediting the process.
