Entry to U.S prior to 20 days expiration of F-1 visa

Hey, Can someone answer this question..

Im planning to visit my country and returning back to United States 20 days before my f-1 visa expiration. Am I eligible to enter United states 20 days before my f-1 visa expiration date? I'm not planning to apply renew my visas so I will return 20 days before. Is that a problem or no? Will I have any problem at the U.S immigration?

Yes, you can use the visa to enter up to, and including, the day that it expires.

Are you sure I will not have any problem at the Port of Entry?
Is there any hard and fast rule which tells how many days prior to the visa expiration one can enter?

There is no rule. bring your signed I-20.
But if you are going home why dont you renew it?
