Myself and my wife made an application for H1 and H4 in canada .I got my H1 but her case went into administrative processing.She has a valid B1/B2 thru. to next year. My question is whether she can enter back to USA on that B1/B2.? I completed my residency recently and we were living in USA from last 3 years.

She can try to use her B1/B2 visa but she may be denied entry due to having a spouse with H-1 status.

Not really. It will be atleast 19 years before the parents can derive an immigration benefit via the kid.
