Employers On E-3 Visa

[E-3 Sufferer]

Hi,

If somebody have Three E-3 Visas stamped on his passport with 3 different employers and all the three visas are valid(not expired).

Can he/she may work for any one of these employers?

Can he switch employers anytime among these three?Please suggest and advise?

Yes, why they couldn't?? They just have to follow the procedure.
