Hi,

It seems many times after you are laid off Employers make excuses to not pay us or don't give payslips or don't give the Notice of Action for their company. In this case send an email right from the CEO, HR Manager, anyone you were reporting to saying that you are trying to get a lawyers opinion to check if you will be into problem if the employer doesn't want to pay or give last payslip or Notice of Action.

It works .......... I got my pay-check and the Notice of Action.

Thanks
Anu

Hi,

I am going through the same situation. I e-mailed the owner and he is giving me the run-around saying they'll pay when the client pays (the client confirmed that they have already paid the employer). What should I do? Also, can they sue me for giving less than two weeks notice of resignation?
What is the Notice of Action? Is it required?
Is there a different DOL office for Delaware?

Thanks,
