Hi,
I just started LC process this year. And my lawyer told me to file using PERM process. I work in the same company for 2 years and got promoted once. It was actually a title change and salary change . I am still in the same group doing similar job. Can I file LC using my current title and salary and use my experience before promotion as recruiting requirement? Or I have to use my original title to apply?
If I have the choice, which one is better for the application?
