Educational Qualifications and I-140

My company has a approved labor but the qualification mentioned in that is Master's or equivalent foreign degree in computer sciences plus 2 years experiance.

I have done three and half yesr diploma in computer engineering after 12th standard and has 10 years of experiance.

Can I use the above mentioned approved labor.

I will suggest don't fall for this.
You will have problem proving your bachelor's equivalent with 3 .5 year degree.
It seems as per rule you can use ur expereince to extend your Bachelor's to Masters. But you can't use it towards Bachelor's.
EB3 is safest bet.. go for that.
