Hello,

I am applying i-140 and 485.

I had education evaluation done in 1998 for my first H1. Is it good
to use that or is it better to do education evaluation now to avoid RFE.

Is it good to do Experience evaluation just in case???

My lawer used the same old one in 1999 .Your education nothing is not going to change whether you do it today or 3 years ago .

Your lawyer will take care of it, if necessary. I had one from 1997 done for my first H-1B. Nevertheless my lawyer did it again while filing for I-140/I-485, last December. She thought its safer and nothing to lose, All it costs is 100+ bucks.
