EB3 I-485 RFE 01/18 replied 02/18 Pending Approval any clue???

EB3 I-485 RFE received on 01/18 and was replied 02/18 Pending Approval
no clue whats happening??? its 04/24 today. Two months since the RFE replied. Any suggestions....What to do.

Concurrent Filing- RD: 11/17/2003
I-140 Approved 01/07/04
Pending I-485 Approval

485 RFE Resonse received by NSC on March 1st, plan to call them after May 1st... Wondering if they just keep the RFE response in the file and open the file when the RD or ND becomes current

FP1 will expire in 3 months , hopefuly they will adjust within 3 months unless they plan to issue second FP and so on... :rolleyes:

After RFE takes 4 months max

I am from India...don't have priority date with me. My RD is 11/17/2003.

Should i push my lawyer to call INS or should call myself and see if they give some response...apart from whats posted on the net.

Similar situation here (see my signature) and I am not from the retrogression affected country. If you are gonna call them, where do you call? I tried it and they turned me away saying that since my case was not approved yet, they cannot give me any information.
