EB2 India NSC Aug 2008 tracker

Update

I saw an update on both, my AP as well as EAD applications on 14-Aug, a day after an LUD on my I-485. Strangely however, these were my 2007 applications which have already expired. So, I don't know what to make out of it.
Will appreciate any inputs or advice from those who have been in a similar situation or know more about this.

LUD on 485

I saw an update on my and my spouse's I-485, interestingly spouse's is 08/15/08 and mine is 08/18/08.
No emails about this, should I assume this is a 'soft' LUD. What does 'soft' LUD mean anyway?

Any NC Pending apps got approved?

Did anybody get approved with their Name Checks pending?, mine is pending from 09/07 and I suspect they are not picking my application up because of that but I may be wrong as some folks on other forums claim that they got approved even though there name check was pending.

Any similar experiences?

Here is my details...anxiously waiting something should happen...this is my 9th year in US. Can i expect something soon...?

2 weeks back i went to infopass appointment to ask why we didn't received the FP notices, IO told me that if they wish they'll send it anytime (or) later. She didn't give me much information at all. I asked for more details...she said Namecheck has been cleared and currently it's under some background or security check. God only knows what it means and how long it'll take to clear.

FP: Did not received yet for me and my wife after filing I-485 in last July

(Note: We'd already given 2 times fingerprints for my 1st GC [EB3: PD - Oct 2003]. But it has become completely waste and useless since the I140 got denied at Service Center as well as at AAO)

I see many approvals here in this forum and trackitt. But nothing is happening to my case. Should i call or follow-up ? (or) just leave it as it is now ? Man...no one should go through what i'm going through...

EAD renewal: RD, ND - 07/10/08
Received CPO email on 08/20 to my wife
Mine is untouched...not even LUD

Please share some thoughts...
 
Sorry, i've posted in NSC thread. My I-485 is filed in TSC..since my I-140 got transferred from NSC to TSC.

PD 2004 approved at NSC

While I am not active at a number of these immigration sites, I thought it would be of assistance to others to know about an approval for someone with an older PD and RD, particularly as my app. is one of those that was transferred btw multiple service centers.

Primary:
EB-2 (NIW) India chargeability
PD: June 2004, AD: Oct 2005
I-485 ND: Oct 2005 (though the app was received in Sept 30 of 2005)
I-485 transferred from VSC to (i believe) TSC and later to NSC (early 2007)
I-485 approval 8/19/08
Cards recd: 8/25/08 :)

Spouse:
I-485 July 2007.
Approved same time as mine.

The bottom line is that NSC did indeed approve a 2004 PD and one that was transferred to NSC. Admittedly it was extremely quiet and stressful for a very long time especially when i would hear of those with much later dates being approved. I do hope all those waiting for years are also successful and are able to finally relax. Good luck to all.
