For Nebraska India, there were 21 EB1A applications registered. Seven approved with a mean approval time of 461 days, 7 rejected with mean rejection time of 510 days, and 7 pending with mean pending time of 303 days. There was 50% rejection rate and 75 percent RFE rate.

My question is this for real? rejection rate in nebraska 50% and Texas is 5% , What are the real world figures? I am sure Nebraska is stricter but by how much.It is hard to comprehend that if I apply to nebraska I have a 10 times lower chance of getting a greencard with a 130 day delay.
