EB1-OR RFE from TSC

Does anyone has experience getting a RFE from TSC for EB1-OR case? In the RFE, TSC asked all the EB1-OR document again and indicated that "evidence submitted does not clearly demonstrate the alien qualifies for E12 classification". What should I do?

I would suggest submitting any and all documents clearly demonstrating your EB-1OR qualifications point by point,
even though the evidence to this effect has already been
provided previously.
Also, what are your RD/ND dates, please?
