EB1 or EB2 for Assistant Director level position?

Hi
I am working on H1B and planning to apply for GC; I have got an offer from another client ( with whom I worked) for the position of Assistant Director;
my question is if I join them can they apply EB1 GC for me? or if that is not possible I will ask my current employer to apply for EB2, please suggest me, thanks
 
Job title has nothing to do with determination of EB classification. It depends only on the minimum requirements of the job.
