EB1, India approved in 6 weeks

My sister's GC process took 6 weeks from application to approval. She is currently on L1 and applied for GC in EB1 category in Feb 08. Today she got email approvals and Card ordered status online, for herself, spouse and two kids. I am amazed, I never knew this could be so quick because for my family it took 5 years and several calls and visits to local offices and finally intervention from Congressman before my spouse's approval came on Wednesday this week. Hope this is an "approvals week" for many more in this forum.

EB1C are generally very fast. I have seen approval in 6-9 months. But, by far, this is a new record of some sort.
 
Should have guessed it was EB1-C from the L1. EB1C are very fast. Especially under this administration.
 
This is truely very much amazing as myself also is in line and as EB1 c multinational Manager and also have applied 485 in Feb 08. though the date in bulletin is current but still no other update on the case. So I must says congrats and best wishes for her.
