I wanted to find specific details and evaluate my case for th eligibity for the "Extraordinary Ability" waiver for green card.
My questiosn include:
1) Is MS degree considered to be sufficient
2) Are student level awards from prestigious organizations qualify for award requirements (IF so, how many would be decent)
3) How many publications are considered good enough (do submitted papers also qualify)
4)Can I also apply for H1 when processing for my Green card (if eligible for this waiver)
Finally, I am interested in this, since I believe: labor certification and job offer requirement are waived.
