here is my situation. I have completed my undergrad in India then moved to Australia where I finished masters in information technology.
I moved to US on H1B in late 2005. I'm presently with one of the top ten MNC's. I'm in software field which aligns with my masters and undergrad degrees. My company has applied for my Green card under EB3 and I have I-140 approval. Based on my I-140 approval I got my H1 extended in which status I'm presently holding the status in US. I'm a manager at my Firm
My company has opportunity for global relocation. Can you tell me my options of how to get my green card filed in EB1? If possible at all.
