EB-2 vs. EB-3 question. Jim and all experts, would you please help?

I started my job 6 months ago with CPT. I finished all my Master degree requirment except the defense before taking this job. I just did my defense and got the MS degree. My question is: if I apply LC now, shall I apply under EB-2 or EB-3? My job title requires MS or BS + 5 yr exp.
