Early Walk-In Fingerprint

Would the ACS accept walk-in fingerprints earlier than the appointment?
I can not meet the appointment date but I do not want to postpone either.
Also would the early fingerprints move up N-400 interview process?
My local DO is Newark, NJ.

It depends on the ASC and their policy. Some ASCs allow early walk ins if they aren't too busy.
