I need to file my 4th EAD but I am confused WHERE to file:
Here is the scenario:
1. My 485 was filed in Vermont, as well as the last 3 EADs
2. My file is now transferred to Fairfax local office. I was interviewed but it is pending in local office of Name check
I am not sure where to file, From the instruction I am not clear where I need to send the application. VERMONT? FAIRFAX? TEXAS?
pLEASE hELP!
