EAD Time from VSC...

Does anyone know how long its taking for EAD approval from VSC? Can I apply vor EAD along with my 485 app?
 
I got my EAD within 35 days. Yes! you can apply for EAD and advance parole along with the 485 application.

For those people who interested to know the processing times for EAD and AP at VSC:

I haven't filed for EAD and AP while applying for I-485 back in January 2002.

EAD: RD 07/15
ND 07/16

Card received: 07/30 (It was mailed to my home address)

AP: Application sent on 07/12
My lawyer received approval notice on 07/29

VSC has approved AP and EAD in less than two weeks.

Thats awsome.. But I beleive now that concurrent I140/485 application will bombard Vermont,, things can hit snag,, ( again speculations,,

What do you really need for EAD? Just the receipt or 485/I140 +Money order+picture,,, can it not be done by the applicant himself?
 
VSC or any other service centre will not be bombard concurrent I140/485 application , for filing Concurrent you need I-140 to be filled or cleared, but to reach the stage of I-140 filing you need LC cleared.

LC is not being moved in many states, same date for LC at SESA level you can check that the same date one year before is appearing, they are not clearing the LC stage, how many have pending I-140? or approved I-40?
