EAD received today!!

Yes, that was a very fishy story on that other thread - I'm glad they removed it... people like that are why the process is so hard for the rest of us who are 'real'...

So glad you got your EAD!! But, darn, you have to go work now :) I'm still anxiously awaiting my GC in the mail...

Here is my timeline in Charlotte, NC:

6/27 - (I-130, I-485, I-693, I-765)
7/5 - Notice Date
7/11 - FP Notice for 7/25( I rescheduled) 10/14
7/14 - RFE - (2005 transcript, employ. letter, verify current employ.)
already sent with original
8/2 - RFE sent - 8/3 - RFE received Express Mail
8/7 - RFE processed to I-485
9/7 - LUD - I-765
9/9 - LUD - I-765
9/13 - FP (Code 3)
9/14 - LUD - I-765, I-485 (USCIS message on case changed & got email for
I-485)
9/18, 9/19 LUD - I-765 approved (email)
9/21, 9/22 LUD I-765 (NBC message and email)
9/23 EAD received in mail
11/21 LUD I-130, I-485
