My Priority Date is June'2003 in EB3.
I-140 Approved in 2007, I-485 filed in 2007, have EAD, Parole from 2007.
I am still working with the same employer from 2001 and on H1-B status.
With the current rate in EB3, it still takes over another 1-3 years for me to get GC.
I was wondering if I can change jobs with EAD and re-file in EB2 so I can get it sooner.
