EAD Photographs Rejected

I had applied for my EAD Renewal on 09/29/03 - Apparently they dont the way I look in the photograph(although they liked it the first time and even issued me an EAD with the exact same picture - so I used the extra copies this time - but now they dont like it) . I have received an RFE.

So taking it this time, I thought why not try the Local Service Centers - Do any of you know if the Detroit Service Center takes pictures for EAD?

EAD renewal app specifies that the photograph has to be a recent one.

is it possible that your photograhs were rejected beacuse they were the same from the last year.
